Giselda specialises in Southeast Asian Fusion cuisine with a nutritional twist, incorporating organic and locally grown produce. She shops at local Farmer's Markets, creating her signature recipes with delicious fresh Kentish produce.

Giselda also uses health store ingredients such as coconut nectar and liquid aminos, replacing soya sauce and many other alternative sauces, grains, nuts and seeds.

My food is meant to make you ‘Feel Alive’!

I work with private clients, creating bespoke menus for dinner parties and I hold cooking demos at my cottage in Chipstead for intimate groups of five people.
