Dressing for Confidence
Sarah Gillmore
Sarah is a therapeutic personal stylist and colour consultant. She believes that clothes have the power to affect how we feel, how we see ourselves and how others see us. Rather than being seen as a superficial concern, they can be seen as something to improve self-esteem, body-confidence, create a sense of well-being, and improve self-projection. The way you dress and present yourself is more important than we may think.

There are many of us who would love to understand how different clothes and styles affect how we feel about ourselves, how others see us and how it can affect our personal and professional life, including how successful we may be in a job interview.  Attend this talk to understand how what you wear can help create a confident you.
