Comfort, Stretch and Panic

With psychotherapist and counselling experience in some tough environments, Jules is in an excellent place to inspire you in her Comfort, Stretch and Panic workshop.

This highly interactive session will help you to create your ‘bucket list’ of goals, hobbies and experiences for the future. In addition you will explore the coaching concept, ‘Comfort, Stretch and Panic’ and find out which zone you spend most of your time in. Research suggests you should have at least 3-5 Stretch experiences and one Panic experience per year to help you thrive.
